This experiment is a comparative study on the mice with spleen deficiency modeled by over-strain plus irregular diet, with exopathic dampness, with spleen deficiency plus exopathic dampness on bodies- change of cyto-immunity and humoral immunity The immunological changes and effects of single circumstances factorxopathic dampness on normal mice and spleen-deficiency mice are observed, in order to reveal the immunological mechanism that dampness damage organism after it invaded and probe into the relationship between water retention due to spleen deficiency and exopathic dampness. The results show that modeled mice in three groups of all have the decrease of body weight and immune function, such as lymphocyte transformation rate (LCT), CD4, IgG, 1gM and the increase of CD8. In these modeled mice in three groups, according to the decreasing degree of LCT, CD4, IgG and IgM, the sequence from the lower to the higher is spleen deficiency group(C group), exopathic dampness group(B group), spleen deficiency plus exopathic dampness group(D group); according to the increasing degree of CD8, the sequence from the lower to the higher is D group , B group, C group, explaining the D group is the greatest in the decreasing degree of immune function, which indicates the reduction of immune function by the co-ordinate act of exopathic factor(exopathic dampness) and endopathic factor(spleen deficiency) is the key to the occurrence of disease.
