| Objective: In order to further clarify the issues on which DangGuiNianTongTang of rheumatoid arthritis-the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,to make a estination of the curative effect of DangGuiNianTongTang in treating rheumatoid arthritis, AA rat model used by DangGuiNianTongTang extracting pain after treatment by detecting join pain index,Tumor Necrosis factor a,Cluster of Differentiation 4,and other indicators of changes in the early to explore the effective progress of the disease control prescription , observing its effect on rat with adjurant-induced arthritis. Methods: sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, high-dose group, middle dose group and low dose group,in addition to the normal group ,the rats in each group right toe after intradermal injection of Freund's complete adjuvant 0.1 ml induced inflammation.In the two weeks after modeling ,all rats were taken intragastric administration,a total of 18 day of treatment,blank and model groups .such as capacity to saline. the use of Freund's complete adjuvant model were observed in each group at different time points of pain index in rats and swelling and so on; 18d DangGuiNianTongTang in after gavage with ELIASA detection the levels of TNF-a,CD4. Results: The proinflammatory different times after the degree of joint swelling, pain index data using repeated measures analysis of variance (P <0.01); compared with the model group, the treatment group the level of TNF-a and CD4 significantly reduced (P <0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Dang Gui Nian Tong Tang can decrease the levels of TNF-A,CD4. dang Gui Nian Tong Tang has good therapeutic effect on AA of rat.
