Syndrome Of Depressed Stimulating Effects Of Diethylnitrosamine-induced Experimental Liver Cancer Immune Function In Rat

Malignant tumor is a disease that seriously threats human's life and health.Much epidemiological survey deems that psychestimulation has great influence to tumors .The traditional Chinese medical theory also takes the stagnation of the liver -qi,which is resulted in long -term depression or angry ,as one of the causes of cancer.We use chemical carcinogen, N-Nitrosdiethylamine,by perfusing DEN to rat's stomach ,which can lead to rat hepatocarcinoma; at the same time,we limit rat's activities by which give the animals the stimulation of stagnation of the liver-qi.In doing so,we established the rat's model of liver-qi stagnation.we have the experiment result:1 The influence of stagnation factor of the liver -qi to the immune function of chemically induced hepatocarcinoma rats and effects of Sini San Jiawei. Many immune function are significantly depressed in chemically induced hepatocarcinoma rats.The model rats showed phagofunction of macrophage and the proliferate response to mitogen of T, B, and the NO,IL-2,IFN-r develop competence had significantly reduced. The treatment with Sini San Jiawei can increase all the immune function.2 The influence of stagnation factor of the liver-qi to the measurement of nuclear DNA in hepatic cells by FCM, and effects the telomerase of chemically induced hepatocarcinoma rats. Stagnation factor of the liver -qican increase the 2c cell group at the same time decrease the 4c cell group of experimental hepatocarcinoma rats.The stagnation factor of the liver -qi can increase the telomerase of the model rats Sini San Jiawei can decrease the telomerase of the model rats.3 The influence of stagnation factor of the liver-qi to tumor pathomorphological change in chemically induced hepatocarcinoma rats and the effect of Sini San Jiawei .The stimulation of stagnation factor of the liver -qi can aggravate the tumor pathomorphology changes in rats induced by DEN.Treatment with Sini San Jiawei can relieve the tumor pathomorphology changes in rats induced by DEN.The treatment with Sini San Jiawei can reinforce the model rats' immune system function, can decrease the telomerase of the model rats,which maybe have some prevention function to tumorgenesis and treatment to tumor.
