This subject have studied the main culture variety of Futianhebaijuhua, in order to offer science data about the germplasm .quality and identification of Futianhe Baijuhua.1. The germplasm study of FutianhebaijuhuaThe difference protein of various kinds of Flos Chrysanthemi were analysed by the way of SDS-PAGE and IFE. Futianhe Baijuhua is belong to Hangju strain, but Futianhe Baijuhua is different from Hangju in heredity.2. The quality standard research of Futianhe BaijuhuaThe mirco-characteristic of Futianhebai juhua were observed by slides of surface and slides of powder. The total Flavone and Chlorogenic acid in various kinds of Futian Bebai juhua were determined by UV and HPLC. HPLC anlysis was carried out on INERTSIL C18 Column (4um, 4. 6mmX 150mm) ,with mehonol-0. 5mol/l buffer solutions phosphate(PH2.65)24:76 as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 238nm. A sysmatical research about Futianhe Baijuhua was carried out. such as identification of source piant, location,collection, identification of quality (including morphology, physical-chemical character, thin layer chromatography), content assays (including chromatography condition and systematic adaptalility test,preparation of control solution, preparation sampler solution,and analysis method), characters preparing method,character and action,channel tropism, function of drug and main action, usage and dosage, storage etc. Basing on these researchs, the scheme and clarification about modern quality standard in Futianhe Baijuhua were completed.3. Study on HPLC Fingerprints of Flos Chrysanthemi from Futianhe region and other cultivation varietiesTo settle base for establishing the HPLC Fingerprints of Flos Chrysanthemi. With INERTSIL C18 column, gradient elute was performed by mobil phase containing acetonitrile-water (2% tetrahydrofuran, 0.1% trif luoracet ic acid) with the flow rate of lml/min and column temperature 30℃ , to comparatively analyze different breeds of Chrysanthemum morifolium from different producing area and other species from the same genus.It is discovered that the HPLC fingerprints from different breeds of Chrysanthemum morifolium have a strong comparability. They have 16 mutual peaks, among them, 4 are from the 10 strongist peaks, 2 from the 10 strongist peaks or stronger peaks. The data of fingerprints strongly reflect the relationship and difference on producing area and genetic relationship of different breeds of Chrysanthemum morifolium. The different breeds of Chrysanthemum morifolium produced in different area show to possess characteristic fingerprints. This method can be used toestablish the HPLC fingerprints of different breeds producing in different area.
