Gene Expression Profile, With The Difference Of Gene Chips Hot Drug Treatment Of Cold Syndrome

ObjectiveTo screen the expressed genes in cold syndrome treated with Chinese herbs of hot property and explore the aim-gene by the advanced cDNA microarray. Methods: We selected the patients who were typical cold syndrome and had apparent effect by treated with hot herbs. The blood was taken before and after treating and extracted mRNA to reverse transcription cDNA for cDNA microarray analysis. 2305 cDNAs were elected to make microarry. the cDNAs of before and after treating are prepare to probes after being marked by Cy3 and Cy5. the effect of hybridization was scanned and analyzed by the fluorescent signs. Results: 59 different expressed genes were selected. The bio-information analysis revealed that there were 7 kinds different expressed genes related to the cold syndrome. Such as energy metabolism, sugar metabolism, fat metabolism, protein metabolism, nucleic metabolism, immunology function and endocrimic metabolism. Discussion: In order to achieve the integrated and microcosmic thought of the cold syndrome, we should take the high treating effect as research starting point and make use of the cDNA microarray.
