Objective:To study the anticancereffect of Chinese Compound Recipe YiQiHuoXueFang against H22 carcinomatous of mice and explore its mechanism preliminarily.Method: (1)Established the mice model of transplantation tumor of H22 carcinomatous. Divided into the low, middle and high dose groups, blank control group of YiQiHuoXueFang. (2)Compared the inhibitingeffect to tumor among the groups after 2weeks administration. (3)The methods of immunhistochemical and image pattern analysis were taken to quantitative detect and compare MVD, VEGFand expression of Caspase-3.Result:(1)YiQiHuoXueFang could inhibit the growth of transplantation tumor obviously, the weight of tumor in each group of low, middle, high dosage was much less than blank control group respectively (P<0.05, P<0. 01), the inhibiting rate of high dosage group was 54.83%. (2)MVD and the expression of VEGF in each group of low, middle and high dosage was much lower than the one of blank control group respectively, there had obvious difference between high dosage group and blank group on MVD and expression of VEGF(P<0. 01). (3) YiQiHuoXueFang could promote the expression of Csapase-3 in low, middle and high dosage group respecyively, there was obvious difference between high dosage group and blank group (P<0. 01).Conclusion:(1)YiQiHuoXueFang has definite antitumor effect against H22 carcinomatous and this effect is dose-dependent. (2) YiQiHuoXueFang has obvious anti-angiogenosis of H22 carcinomatous, whichmay be correlated with its function of inhibiting the expression of VEGF. (3)YiQiHuoXueFang has the function of inducing cell apoptosis of H22 care inomatous, which may be correlated with promoting the expression of Caspase-3.
