The thesis is mainly focus on the study on the medicine partner-Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza)and Sanqi (Panax notoginseng) with different blended ratio, including the establishment ofrelated experimental methods,the quantitative analysis of effective components and themeasurement of the chromatographical fingerprints. Discriminant approach and othermathematical methods are used in the analysis of the experimental data and the exploration ofthe matching law.According to the research of medicine partner,the methods to study thematching law of Traditional Chinese Medicines(TCM) and the material basis of decoction areestablished. The research work contains two topics. Topic 1: Quantitative determination of Danshensu , protocatechuic aldehyde and salvianolicacid B in the mingle decoction and the single decoction by HPLC when the medicine partnerwere blended in five different ratios. Data analysis indicated that the extractability ofDanshensu,protocatechuic aldehyde and salvianolic acid B are different between the mingledecoction and the single decoction when Danshen and Sanqi are in the same ratio. Theextractability of the three components is linearly related to the mass of Danshen. In the mingledecoction, the extractability of Danshensu , protocatechuic aldehyde and salvianolic acid B is notrelated to the ratio of Danshen and Sanqi ,yet the extractability of s Danshensu is related to theextractability of protocatechuic aldehyde. In the single decoction, the extractability of Danshensu,protocatechuic aldehyde and salvianolic acid B is not related to the ratio of Danshen and Sanqi,yet the extractability of Danshensu is related to the extractability of salvianolic acid B . Topic 2:Meteraged the chrometographical fingerprints of decoction by HPLC when Dabshenand Sanqi were blended in different ratios. The data is analyzed using SPSS and othermathematical methods.The result indicated that the concentration of the components in themingle decoction and in the single decocotion are different and the component of the decoctionchanges when medicine partner in five different ratios. The combination of thechromatographical fingerprints' relative peak treatment method and discriminant approach canbe used to distinguish the mingle decoction and the single decoction.The result also indicatedthat some peaks are related with each other. In addition,the total similarity degree between chromatographical fingerprints are calculatedand the chromatographical fingerprints are visualized using quantitative recurrence analysis(QRA) method to explore the internal relatives of experimental results and to discuss theresearch methodologies of chrometographical fingerprints.
