| Objective: To explore clinical effection and therapeutic mechanism of Xuekeshu dry extractum or Xuekeshu aqueous decoctum in preventing and treating malignant hematological diseases chemotherapy with hypercoagulation.Methods: (1) To do experimental research of Xuekeshu dry extractum in 30 healthy persons. Take out vessel blood of healthy persons, divided into A>B^C groups at random, after examination of prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), thrombin time(TT), fibrinogen(Fg), granule membrane protein- 140(GMP-140), D-dimer and antithrombin-III(AT-III), separately add NS O.lml, 1% Xuekeshu dry extractum O.lml and 10% Xuekeshu dry extractum O.lml. After 37 C warm bathing 30 minutes, examine again. Observe the change of PT, APTT, TT, Fg, GMP-140 and AT-III pre and after adding medicine. (2) To do clinical research of Xuekeshu dry extractum or Xuekeshu aqueous decoctum in 39 malignant hematological patients who prepare chemotherapy. Divided observed group and control group in order of going to a doctor. Chemotherapy was used in control group. Chemotherapy and Xuekeshu dry extractum or Xuekeshu aqueous decoctum were used in observed group. Analyze statistically occurring rate of hypercoagulation, PT, APTT, TT, Fg and D-dimer in observed and contron groups separately pre and after chemotherapy.Results: (1) Experimental research: The A group experimental research PT, APTT prolonged, TT, Fg and D-dimer changed no significantly, GMP-140 raised, AT-III reduced; the B and the C group PT, APTT, TT prolonged significantly, Fg reduced, as compared with the A group, the difference was significant(P<0.01); the change of D-dimer, AT-III and GMP-140 were no significant(P<0.05); Apart from GMP-140, other parameters were no defferent statisticaly between the B group and the C group, the C group seemly restrained GMP-140 raising more significantly (P<0.05). (2) Clinical research: Hypercoagulation happened in control group seperatly 52.63% and73.68% pre and after chemotherapy, in observed group seperatly 65% and 40% pre and after chemotherapy. The change of PT, APTT, TT, Fg was no significant (P<0.05). After chemotherapy, D-dimer raised in control group, but had no difference in statistic. However D-dimer reduced in observed group (P<0.01).Conclusions: Xuekeshu dry extractum or Xuekeshu aqueous decoctum can effectively prevent and treat hypercoagulation in malignant hematological diseases with chemotherapy, restrain coagulation factors, promote anticoagulation and fibrinolytic activity, restrain activity of platelets, and so on. |
