Purpose: Qingre Zaoshi decoction, origining in Wangshi lianpu decoction created by wang meng-ying who was a famous doctor in Qing dynasty, combining with modern herbal medicine research result, was good for curing Damp-heat in Spleen-stomach syndrome. This project explores modern pharmacodynamic effects of Qingre Zaoshi decoction after clinic research, provides the effective dosage foundation of this decoction's clinical, further to provide pharmacodynamic foundation for the therapeutic mechanism curing Damp-heat in Spleen-stomach syndrome of this decoction. This project emphasizes on modern pharmacodynamic effects of Qingre Zaoshi decoction.Method: according to the typical clinical symptom and modern medicine research, linking with Chinese traditional medicine component of this decoction, this project uses normal mice or big rats to make 11 experiments to value mostly pharmacodynamic effects of Qingre Zaoshi decoction on gastrointestinal motive force, gastrointestinal hormone, anti-diarrhea, anti-inflammation, analgesia and diuresis. Mice or big rats were divided into 5 groups randomly as fellow: normal group, Qingre Zaoshi decoction high, middle and low dosage group, western medicine comparable group(Domperidone was comparable medicine in gastrointestinal motive force and gastrointestinal hormone . Atropin was comparable medicine in anti-diarrhea. Aspirin or dexamethasone was comparable medicine in anti-diarrhea, anti-inflammation and analgesia. Furosemide was comparable medicine in diuresis). The experiments designed to observe following subjects:1 experiment study on gastrointestinal motive force, Qingre Zaoshi decoction's influence on empting function of stomach and small intestinal propulsive function of the mouse, empting function of stomach and small intestinal propulsive function of the mouse restrained by atropin, propulsive function of small intestinal of mouse's promoted by neostigmine. 2 experiment study on gastrointestinal hormones, Qingre Zaoshi decoction's influence on secretion of the plasma motilin and the serim gastrin of normal big rat. 3 experiment study on anti-diarrhea, Qingre Zaoshi decoction's influence mouse's diarrhea caused by Fanxie leaf. 4 experiment study on diuresis, Qingre Zaoshi decoction's influence on mouse's urine . 5 experiment study on anti-inflammation, Qingre Zaoshi decoction's influence on big rat 's foot swelling, mouse's auricle swelling and mouse's abdominal capillary permeability. 6 experiment study on analgesia, Qingre Zaoshi decoction's influence on mouse's pain threshold value in heat plate method and distorting body method, distorting body times caused by acetic acid.Result Qingre Zaoshi decoction can remarkably accelerate the emptying function of the normal mouse's stomach, increase the small intestinal propulsive function of the normal mouse, resist gasric emptying function and small intestinal propulsive function of the mouse restrained by atropin, resist small intestinal propulsive function promoted by neostigmine, improve level of the plasma motilin and the serim gastrin of normal big rat; it has diuretic function. Qingre Zaoshi decoction can inhabit big rat's foot swelling by egg white and mouse's auricle swelling by xylem, droop the degree of inflammation bleeding of mouse's capillary vessel. It can prolong the mouse's incubation periond reaction in distorting body method and enhance mouse's pain threshold value in heat plate method only in some degree. In Qingre Zaoshi decoction's dosages, effects enhance with the dosage in fellow: improving normal gastrointestinal motive force, gastrointestinal hormone, anti-diarrhea, anti-inflammation, analgesia and diuresis, on the other hand, the more dosage and the better effect. But there is no notable relation in dosage and effect in resisting gastrointestinal motive force restrained by atropin and small intestinal propulsive function promoted by neostigmine. Conclusion:The above experiment results show: Qingre Zaoshi decoction has adjust gastrointestinal function in double way, improves gastrointestinal mo...
