Hyperlipidemia Etiology And Pathogenesis Of Discussion And Strengthening The Economy The Phlegm Lowering Side Role In Hyperlipidemic Rat Model

ObjectiveTo explore the etiological factor on treating hyperlipidmia (HLP) in theory. And toobserve the effects of "Gu Ben Hua Tan Jiang Zhi decoction"(GBHTJZ) for analyzing the mechanism of action of GBHTJZ for HLP.Methods40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, simvastatin treated group and herb group, then to make the experimental Hyperlipidemia in rats model. After treating for four weeks, Use enzyme methods and immunization photoextmction individually to detect the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), Superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malondialdehyde (MDA)in blood.Results1 The marks of the TC and TC concerned on HLP mode of was higher than the other groups . The remarkably decreased rates of the medicine groups(p<0.01). there were not significant differences between the herb group and simvastatin treated group. 2 The activity of HDL-C was lower in HLP model rats than that of normal rats obviously (p<0.01). The remarkably improved rates of the medicine groups(p<0.01). There were not significant differences between the herb group and the simvastatin treated group (P > 0.05) .And the activity of LDL-C has the opposite current in each group . There were not significant differences between the herb group and the simvastatin treated group.3 To the model group and the simvastatin treated group, the decrease of MDA and the increase of SOD in herb grouphighly(P<0.01). the significant differences were not observed between the model and simvastatin treated (P > 0.05); also between the herb group and normal group.ConclusionSpleen and Kidney-essence weak,phlegm stasis is the basic etiological factor for HLP ,and replenishing kidney-essence, removing phlegm therapy is operative on treating HLP . GBHTJZ possesses a certain decrease of the TC , TG , LDL-C and MDA content ,improved the HDL-C and SOD content for HLP model rats, consequently adjust the abnormity lipoprotein level.
