Hemorrhagic apoplexy patients always have myocardial damages insecondary, we callthis cerebrocardiac syndrome. The syndrome often happens recent years, it accelerates thepathogenetic condition, affect the patient's prognosis, and make the treatment more difficult.We also found that the dead animals' hearts had been in condition of edema and congestionafter we duplicate the model of cerebral hemorrhage. Chinese medicine considers that brain isspinal marrow that belongs to mind organs, and heart control blood nervure, brain and heartare connected very closely. The pathogenesis of the syndrome has investigated very few atpresent, and West medicine is scarce of fine therapeutic measure about the syndrome. Chinesemedicine "Jiu Nao Ning" Injection is a compound preparation that compound activecomponent of not ginseng, pig gall powder. Clinic and basic research have confirmed it havegood therapeutical effect on cerebral hemorrhage. This study was designed mainly bymorphology methods to observe the myocardial damage and the protection effects of Chinesemedicine "Jiu Nao Ning" Injection caused by experimental hematoma of rabbits after injectedautogenous clot into intracalvarium, we also try to approach mechanism of the myocardialdamage.Objective and method: The model of experimental cerebral hematoma was created by injecting autogenous clotinto intracalvarium of rabbits. Male rabbits are divided randomly into four groups: normalcontrol group (control); cerebral hematoma group (model); "Jiu Nao Ning" Injection group(JNN); and "Qing Kai Ling" Injection group(QKL). JNN and QKL were administrated by earvein injection, and all of the experimental indicators were detected on the 3rd, 7th and 15th day. This research consists of three parts:1. Observe the myocardial damage and the protection effects of JNN caused by injected bloodclots into intracalvarium in rabbit brain: We observed the histo-morphology changes of rabbitsand the protection effects of JNN by methods of HE, HBFP, transmission electron microscope(TEM);2. Effects of JNN on ET,NO,NOS of rabbit myocardium in the same rabbits: We detectedET-1,NO of myocardial tissues by making even lymph ,and study distribution and differenceof ET,iNOS,eNOS in myocardial tissues by immunohistochemistry methods to studymechanism of myocardial damage and intervention of JNN.3. Effects of JNN on MDA,SOD in rabbit myocardial about the cerebral hematoma rabbits:We detected MDA,SOD of myocardial tissues by making even lymph to approachmechanism of myocardial damage and intervention of JNN.Results:1. The model rabbits' myocardium had morning processes in different extent, the cellularorgan such as chondriosome also damaged at the same time. The model rabbits were found muscle weakness at the opposite of hematoma (the left),some of them walked deviate to the right and emerge instability of gait, which are physicalsign of hemorrhagic apoplexy. The myocardial characteristics of HE dyeing: endochylemastained not even, apart individual appeared a little acidophily, and some vacuole around thenuclear, cell interstitial had edema. From the dyeing of HBFP, we could see that the modelrabbits' myocardial addicted aniline red which meaned morning processes in the myocardium.We even found by ultramicrostructure methods that the transverse striation and cristamitochondriales of myocardial muscle fibril were ambiguity, chondriosome had vacuole,intercellular substance had cutaneous.2. JNN protected the model rabbits' myocardium from the above injuries. The vacuole around the nuclear and the interstitial edema had obviously improved,endochylema stained uniformity. At 3rd day, the addicted aniline red areas and extent ofcardiac muscle fibers in JNN group were obviously more reduced than models' of the sametime, which were light in fragmentis. When day came to 15th, the cardiac muscle fibers ofJNN were inaurate, which neared to the normal staining, however, there were a little redcardiac muscle fibers in the models'.
