| This paper consists of two parts, including two summaries of documents anda clinical study. There are two summaries of documents. The first one summarizes modernmedicine studies on diabetic cardiopathy in recent ten years, including itsepidemic, pathogenic, pathologic studies, clinical manifestation, laboratoryexamination and treatment etc. The second one summarizes the knowledge of Chinesemedicine about diabetic cardiopathy, including the name of the disease,pathogetic factors and pathogenesis, diagnostic criterion, evalutal criterionof therapeutical effect and differentiation and treatment of common syndromesetc. The clinical study observes the clinical effect of Chinese medicine methodof "Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue" on treating diabetic cardiopathy of early stage.60 patients conforming to the diagnostic criterion were randomly divided intotreatment group (30 patients) and control group(30 patients).The control groupwas given basic treatment alone(including the treatment of decreasing bloodglucose with western medicine). On the basis of the control group treatment,the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine, which has the functionof supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, promoting blood circulation to removeblood stasis. The clinical symptoms, blood lipid, hemorheology, cardiovascularautonomic nerves function and echocardiogram were observed. The results showthe total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33% and that of thecontrol group was 66.67%.Tested by statistical method,the difference wassignificant(P<0.05).In this study, we come to a conclusion that the effectof the treatment group is better than that of the control group. The mechanismis related to improving lipmetabolism and microcirculation, promotingcardiovascular autonomic nerves function and left ventricular diastolicfunction etc. The results mentioned above show the curative effect of "Yiqi YangyinHuoxue" prescription on diabetic cardiopathy of early stage is infallible, andit is a ideal method to treat diabetic cardiovascular complication at present. |
