Objective: we prepared different action effects between water apozem and alcohol extractive of angelica tuhov in two dosage form, studying the mechanism of action of alcohol extractive of angelica tuhov on delaying the brain aging.Method: We estimated capability in study and memory by water maze, and measured content of MDA by TBA method, and measured loss fragments of mtDNA in mice brain twassues using model of nature aging mice. Result: Compared with young group, the aging showed a deterioration in learning and memory ability. And also an obvious increase of MDA dosage and loss fragments. Water apozem and alcohol extractive of angelica tuhov can improve the learning and memory ability of aging mice, increase the MDA content and decrease the loss fragments of mtDNA. Alcohol extractive of Angelica was superior to water apozem .Conclusion: Brain aging may be related with MDA content and loss fragments of mtDNA. Angelica tuhov can decrease the MDA content and the loss fragments of mtDNA in aging mice brain twassues, which may be one of the mechanwasms of action of angelica tuhov in delaying aging brains. Alcohol extractive of angelica tuhov can increase dwassolved lode of active components of coumadin resided in angelica tuhov , so this was one of reasons why Alcohol extractive of angelica tuhov was superior to water apozem.
