| Objective:This experiment use natural aging rats as the research objects. The aim is to observe the effects of acupuncture point injection on serum dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of the research objects. Explore the meaning of acupuncture point injection on natural aging rats of free radical metabolism and its potential mechanism. Provide clinical reference for anti-aging clinical applicationMethods:Choose30more than16months SD male rats,10in each group, divided into blank group (A), saline group (B) and point injection group (C). There should be no treatment on group A, just farming. Choose the ST36and BL23of group B and C, two points, alternately on alternate days (According to the experimental animals meridians pointing ST36and BL23). Inject saline of0.5ml per point on each member of the group C, while inject the astragalus membranaceus injection of0.5ml per point on each member of the group C. After the treatment, the blood sample was collect at8:00-10:00AM. ELSA method was used to measure the SOD and MDA in the serum. Open box experiment was carried out to observe differences of behavior among the three group. Single-factor analysis of T-test was used for comparing the difference of each groupResults:Forty rats got the detection with no loss. SOD level of serum in the group C was significantly higher than group A and group B. The SOD level of group C was4.6±2.05pg/ml. And MDA level of serum in the group C was significantly higher than group A and group B. The MDA level of serum in the group C was5.8±1.23pmol/ml.Conclusion:Astragalus point injection can regulate the SOD level and MDA level so as to be stable, which can remove free radicals, might make a great difference in anti-ageing. |
