Anti-han Has Been A Prime And Propranolol On The Rat Portal Hypertensive Gastropathy Protection Role

Aim To observe protection of tetradrine(Tet ) to portal hypertensiongastropathy(PHG) of rats , and to observe its synergistic action with propranolol. Methods To prepare exemplar of portal hypertension gastropathy deployedthe perchlormethane . intragastric administration was adopted with 15mg/kg and30mg/kg of tetrandrine, 30mg/kg of propranolol respectively for fourteen. Todetermine biochemical indicator (ALT,PCⅢ,NO,6-keto-PGF_{1 α})and to observehistological of gastric mucosa or below mucosa and to carry out image analysis. Results Tetrandrine (15mg/kg , 30mg/kg ) can degrade the content of seru-mal ALT,PCⅢ,NO , 6-keto-PGF_1α,and can degrade the blood flow of mucosaunderlayer ,and can increase the blood flow of mucosa ,and tetrandrine 30mg/kgis best.(p<0.05). propranolol is not effect obviously to step up to PCⅢ, but candegrade largely area of blood vessel in the muco- sa underlayer. especially , Tet+prois more predominance (p<0.05) . Conclusion Tetrandrine and propranolol have protection to portalhypertension gastropathy; Tetrandrine have synergism to combine withpropranolol.
