It is a new choice of treats CHD and angina.Using the prescription as model, the project seeks the way and methods of TCM injection theoretically and practically and promotes the development of TCM injection.To investigate the regularity of compound prescription ,the effect of the compatibility and dismantlement of Shuangsheri Injection on blood stasis and stagnation of qi syndrome of angina, the pharmacodynamics and prescription dismantlement are studied.The qualified semi-product is acquired through extraction and seperating the effective ingredient ,then the freeze-dry powder injection moulding technic research is based the semi-processed product, including the selection excipient of the bracket,the technic of the confecting liquid, the technic of the freeze-dry and so on.Finally,the qualified Shuangshen freeze-dry powder injection is acquired after medium test.The quality evaluation system is researched,which including the general examination items (clarity, pH, water content, insoluble particles, pyrogen),the measurement of the content (SodiumDanshensu Puerarin,total phenolic acid in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, ginsenoside Rg₁, ginsenoside Re, total saponins of Panax ginseng),the chromatographic fingerprint research (crude materials, their semi-products and final products) ,the stability experiment.
