The optimum extract conditions were herbs made by processing and extracted with water twice, using 12 volumes of water for the first time, and 10 volumes of water for the second time. The purifying technology were separated by high speed centrifugal filter.The liquor was concentrated to a clear extract with a relative density of 1.10 (60℃) respectively, combined them and dryed by spray.Added some adjuvant to the clear extract to make granulation, then made granules.Meanwhile, the quality standard of Tianma Formula Granule was made,which includes name, ingredients, procedure, description, identification, other requirements, assay, action, indication, usage&dosage, specification, storage and precaution.The stability was fulfilled, which indicates that the preparation technique of was reasonable and practicle, the standard was controllable,and the quality of the sample was steady on the whole as well.
