In recent twenty years, there is magnitude development in the therapy of acute myocardial infarction (AMI).The therapies of ischemic reperfusion are developed, such as thrombolysis, percutaneous tranluminal coronary anigioplasty(PTCA),stent implantation, and so on. Among the therapies, thrombolysis is still the most popular method. Due to the use of thrombolysis, the mortality of AMI are reduced remarkably. But there are still many problems need to be resolved as quickly as they can. The reperfusion rate is lower. The death rate of AMI and the incidence of myocardial ischemic/reperfusion infarction are still higher than they can. When aplly thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction, we can make full use of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) to increase the thrombolysis'curative effect. Now there have been many correlated researchs and have got a certain achievements. But now there is short of multicentered and comparatively large clinical data to confirm the superiority in the therapy of the combination of TCM with Western medicine (WM). In sight of this problem, a retrospective undergone standardized treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine or western medicine alone should be made to provide some beneficial data for clinic.Data of research are from 203 cases of AMI from 2 Beijing first-grade, first-class traditional Chinese medical hospital and 1 first-grade hospital of SuQian city of JiangSu province. Among which, 46 belong to integrated TCM and WM group and 57 belong to the WM group. Results show:1. Age and infarct size and time window are the considerable interference factors of thrombolysis therapy in AMI. (1) The shorter of time window, the higher of recanalization rate and the lower of two week death rate. If the beginning time of thrombolysis exceeded 12 hours, the recanalization rate of thrombolysis will be naught. (2) The recanalization rate of thrombolysis of young group is significant higher than the aged group (P<0.05), and the death rate is lower than the aged. (3)The infarct size is predominant correlated with the recanalization rate of thrombolysis (P=0.027<0.05). 2. After controlling the effect of interference factors, Chinese traditional medicine has some conclusive protective effects.(1) It can significantly increase the recanalization rate (P<0.05) and cut down the arrhythmic incidence rate of reperfusion (P<0.05),...
