Akebia Resources And Quality Analysis Study

A relatively systematic research on resource servey,Pharmacognosy,medicinal materials quality,chemical constituents isolation and HPLC fingerprint reader of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz.have been made in this dissertation.We have known resources reserve and distribution of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz.from hu nan and hu bei province, analyzed one's environmental conditions for growth,soil,accompaning plants and etc. by using the basic theory and method of Science of Resources and compared Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz.var.australis(Diels) Rhed.and Akebia quinata (Houtt.) Decne.to study.The contents of oleanolic acid and hederagenin of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz. have been determined by HPLC.Analysis of variance and the multiple comparison were employed in the statistical analysis. The contents of oleanolic acid and hederagenin of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz. and Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz.var.australis(Diels) Rhed.have significant difference,not remarkable with Akebia quinata (Houtt.) Decne.,which can have the reason that amount of the sample is so few that results of determination have the certain error, and Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz. have the highest content among them .Analyzing Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz. from different regions we found out that Contents of oleanolic acid and hederagenin of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz. from hu nan and hu bei province have significant difference with ones of other regions.We have discovered the correlation hat the contents of oleanolic acid and hederageninof Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz.from different regions have a significant positive correlation with their diameter propotion of stem and pith Under certain conditions ,by analysis of relation between results of content determination and Pharmacognosy character.The chemical components of Akebia trifoliata (Thunb.) Koidz. have been isolated intensively by a few modern column chromatogram. Five conpounds have been obtained from it and the structures of tow compounds have been identified as oleanolic acid(A)and daucosterol(D)among them, the others not yet. Compound B was used as reference sample and then the fingerprint peaks were compared with one in the fingerprint.The fingerprint was researched and established by HPLC .
