Flavors Jiangzhi Capsule Treatment Of Hyperlipidemia And Improve Blood Rheology Clinical Research

There is close relationship beteen the hyperlipidemia and the blood hyperviscosity syndrome,which are two important risk factor for cardiovascular,cerabrovascular diseases.Wu Wei Jiang Zhi Capsule ,which consists of Chuanxion Rhizome,Leech,Burreed Tuber,Hawthorn Fruit,Rhubarb,has the function of curing blood stasis.The research includes literature summarization and clinical study.Subject:to evaluate the effect of Wu Wei Jiang Zhi Capsule treating hyperlipidemia and imProving hemorheology.Method:The author sums uP the forming ,developing and curing of hyperlipidemia and abnormal hemorheology in triditional chinese medice and wester medicine separately,and expounds the pharmacodynamics of the composition in Wu Wei Jiang Zhi Capsule. A 6-week, randomized single blind clinic trial was made, in which 114 Patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into 2 groups randomly, with 73 Patients in the treated group and 41 Patients in the controlled group. The former took the Wu Wei Jiang Zhi Capsule three times per day with three pill each time. The latter were given Zhi Ke Qing Capsule three pill every time, three times per day.The indexes about serum lipid,hemorheology and symptoms at baseline and terminal points.Conclusion:The total efficiency to reduce blood lipid,including TC,TG ahd LDL-C, in 71.2%.In this respect it's effect can be compared with that of Zhi Ke Qing.It also can improve the blood viscidity,to decrese whole blood viscosity at 5s- 1,in which it prior to controlled group, P<0.05.The effect of Wu Wei Jiang Zhi Capsule to improve the syndrome of blood stasis has advantage over that of Zhi Ke Qing.
