Wenmaitong Full Party And Its Separate Relaxant Effect On Rat Aortic Ring Mechanism

Atherosclerosis obliterans(ASO) is a common disease of artery obliterationon the limbs.The rate of morbidity,mutilation and caus-ing death has been raising recently along with the elevation of living standard and population aging in China. There is a lot of research on the pathogenesis of ASO all over the world.Among them,therole of Vasomotor dysfunction and imbalanceof vascular tension factors are important in the happening and development of ASO,and that has become a focal point of investigation ."WenMaiTong"is an effective formula to treat early ASO, and the total effective rate is 98.1% in clinic. It includes Cassia twig, Dried Ginger, Me-mbranous milkvetch root,Chinese angelica, Szechwan Lovage Rhizome, Dans-hen Root.The role of it is warming Yang and boosting qi,activating the blo-od circulation and invigorating the meridian. Clinical research indicates that"WenMaiTong"has the effectof increasing cardiac ejection, lowering periphe-ral resistance and improving microcirculation disturbance of ASO patients;italso can improve the hemorheology ofexperiment harm-ASO rabbits in diffe-rent levels. It indicates that"WenMaiTong"can treat ASO effectively is muchrelated to its role of regulating vasomotor function and improving the limb's blood flow. But the direct action to the vascular by"WenMaiTong"is not clear. In this research, the whole formula of"WenMaiTong"was divided into warming Yang and boosting qi part formula,and quicken the blood and free the meridian part, the serum-pharmacological method was applied,the effectof the whole formula and the part formula on the isometric force of aortic rings were examined, in order to explore their mechanisms of vasodilatation,accordingly providing evidence of curing ASOby experiment and proving thescience and rationality of constitute of this formula.In this thesis, two parts are included:1.The effect of Pharmacological Serum of the whole formula and the partof this formula on the isometric force of thoracic aortic rings of rats.(1)The isolated thoracic aortic rings were removed from SD rats.The aorticrings were mounted in standard muscle baths, isometric tension of the aorticrings was measured.The effect of exposing the aortic rings to pharmacologi-cal serum of the whole formula and the part of this formula with cumulati-ve concentrations(0.5%,1%,2%,4%)was observed.
