Chronic Renal Failure, Renal Osteodystrophy Distribution Of Syndrome Characteristics And Evolution

renal bone disease is a group of common complications which is originated by chronic renal failure.Now,there are many research reports about etiological factor, nosogenesis> correlated sensitive indexes that belong to medical doctor. Chinese medical science has its ascendancy to prevention and cure renal osteodystrophy.Otherwise,there is few of research reports about character and variation of syndrome and penthemeron .This study systematically observes character and dynamic variation of syndrome and penthemeron that belong to renal osteodystrophy and associativity of variation that exists between syndrome and penthemeron of Chinese medical science and indexes of bone metabolism in one year by traditionary reasearch means.At the same time ,the study also initially approachs disposition character of yndrome and penthemeron.1> The study of renal osteodystrophy's dynamic variation of syndrome and penthemeron and associativity of variation that exists between syndrome and penthemeronClinical data and means :there are 111 patients of chronic renal inadequacy and maintenance hemodialysis long-term in this study.First,the study institutes objective clinical symptom of renal osteodystrophy with literatures and treatments.second, according to five stages which are first month, 3rd month, 6th month, 9th month and 12th month ,the study should fill in clinical symptom of renal osteodystrophy for the whole patients in one year. The study also detects and records numerus of PTH and BGP which belong to 42 of the whole patients.Then,the study analyzes by homologous statistics means.Result:(1) In first months, syndrome of hepatic and renal yin deficiency's frequency is 60.9%.It is the highest one.The higher syndromes are syndrome of asdthenic splenonephro-yang and syndrome of muddy and poison that stopp inside.Their frequencies are 50%.In 3rd and 6th month, frequency of syndrome of muddy and poison that stopp inside are highest. Their frequencies are 58.6% and 64.9%. syndrome of asdthenic splenonephro-yang and syndrome of hepatic and renal yin deficiency are second . In 9th and 12th month, frequency of syndrome of muddy and poison that stopp inside is higher than syndrome of asdthenic splenonephro-yang and syndrome of hepatic and renal yin deficiency.The frequencies are 77.5%and74.8%. The frequencies of stagnant blood and essential resistance are 32.4% and 34.2%.(2) In first months, the frequency of syndrome of hepatic and renal yin deficiency is 50%.Then its frequency fluctuates in 50% in next three months.Its fluctuation is not very obvious.In last month, its frequency is 58.6%. syndrome of hepatic and renal yin deficiency's fluctuation is in 60% in the whole year. The frequencies of stagnant blood and essential resistance and syndrome of muddy and poison that stopp inside which are 26.4%and50% are both the lowest in the first month.. Along with the course of disease grew,this two syndromes' frequencies submit progressive tendencygradually.(3) In the firsU 3rdN 6th month, syndrome and penthemeron distribution is mainly amphi-mixed of 2 syndromes and 3 syndromes.Its appearance is syndrome of asdthenic splenonephro-yang > hepatic and renal yin deficiency > asthenia of both yin and yang with syndrome of stagnant blood and essential resistance ^ muddy and poison that stopp inside. Amphi-mixed of 2 syndromes' percentage is higher than amphi-mixed of 3 syndromes'.In 9th month, syndrome and penthemeron distribution is like before,but amphi-mixed of 2 syndromes' percentage and amphi-mixed of 3 syndromes' are approximation.Their percentages are 37%and40%. Its appearance is syndrome of asthenia of both yin and yang with syndrome of stagnant blood and essential resistance^ muddy and poison that stopp inside.In the last month, syndrome and penthemeron distribution is mainly amphi- mixed of 3 syndromes. Amphi-mixed of 4 syndromes' frequency in the whole year are 7/^ 9%> 10 % > 13 % ^ 14%.(4) BGP of renal osteodystrophy patients in 9th month is lower than its in 3rd month.But there is no difference in statistics (P>0.05 ). I-PTH of renal osteodystrophy patients in 9th month is higher than its in 3rd month.There is visibly difference in statistics (P<0.01) .(5) When I-PTH of renal osteodystrophy patients raise up obviously, syndromes of asdthenic splenonephro-yang and muddy and poison that stopp inside increase 7.1% and 11.4% in the frequency.And the other two syndromes and penthemerons are no change obviously.Discussion:(1) Syndrome and penthemeron of Chinese medical science in renal osteodystrophy is the feature of asthenia and sthenia inclusion. Syndrome of asdthenic splenonephro-yang and hepatic and renal yin deficiency are deficiency in origin of renal osteodystrophy.They are the main appearance in onset of disease. Syndrome of muddy and poison that stopp inside and stagnant blood and essential are sthenia syndrome of renal osteodystrophy.They are the main appearance in later period.lt reflects pathogenesis substance of renal osteodystrophy.(2) syndrome and penthemeron distribution of renal osteodystrophy are only syndrome n amphi-mixed of 2 syndromes and 3 syndromes and 4 syndromes.But its appearance are mainly amphi-mixed of 2 syndromes and 3 syndromes.Longer time course of disease is,more complicated pathogenetic condition,and more changeable syndrome and penthemeron appearance is.(3)The tendency of higher I-PTH PS lead to secondary hyperparathy roidism.lt causes osteoclast and osteoblast proliferate actively, bone resorption and form increase, pathogenetic condition of renal osteodystrophy aggravate further. When I-PTH of renal osteodystrophy patients raise up obviously, Syndrome of asdthenic splenonephro-yang and muddy and poison that stopp inside are both visibly difference in not only unity syndrome and penthemeron but also amphi-mixed syndrome and penthemeron.lt explains that there is associativity between syndrome and penthemeron and the change of I-PTH PS.2> The study of syndrome and penthemeron distribution and character of renal osteodystrophyClinical data and meansrthere are 111 patients of chronic renal inadequacy and maintenance hemodialysis long-term in this study.First,the study institutes objective clinical symptom list of renal osteodystrophy with literatures and treatments.second, the study should fill in clinical symptom of renal osteodystrophy for the whole patients. Then the study flits variances according to corresp principle from symptoms of clinical symptom list of renal osteodystrophy.Last the study analyzes result by statistics means of factor analysis.Rusult: renal inadequacy syndrome and penthemeron of Chinese medical science include 4 species as follow.Syndrome of asdthenic splenonephro-yang: anorexia^ chiilly and artus cold> languor> sore waist > frequent micturition^ oliguresis or anuresis> loose stooK carmoisine or light-fat of tongue ^ weak of nervure.Syndrome of hepatic and renal yin deficiency:deadlim^ unsmooth eyes^ inferior commissure dim-sighted ^ dry stool > deficient dysphoria and insomnia <. red tongue and less moss> deep and chording and minute of nervure.Syndrome of stagnation of blood stasis: melosalgia^ ache bone sys^ low back pain-, gloom and ecchymosis of tongue ^ unsmooth of nervure.Syndrome of muddy and poison that stopp inside: anorexia^ nausea^ chest distress ^ stature lower n itch of skin^ extremity jerks^ loss of memory % abdominal distention^ puffiness> greasy fur on tongue > immerse and slide of nervure.Discussion:(1) The study induces types of syndrome and penthemeron of Chinese medical science in renal osteodystrophy.lt offers basis to DG and RX of Chinese medical science.(2) renal osteodystrophy syndrome and penthemeron of Chinese medical science are basis on asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.Its character of syndrome and penthemeron are asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality and asthenia and sthenia amphi-mixed.
