Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Youth Hypertension Combined With Hyperuricemia(Turbid Stasis Syndrome) With The Method Of Clearing Away Turbid Blood And Dredging Collaterals

Purpose: Objective to explore the clinical effect of the method of removing turbidity and dredging collaterals in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia(turbid stasis syndrome).Method: Using randomized single blind,controlled observation method,from December 2015 to December 2016 in the Department of Cardiology Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine professor Jiang Lihong clinic,and a clear diagnosis of hypertension with hyperuricemia(phlegm stasis syndrome)72 cases of patients,excluding off as clinical observation object.Randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group(n = 36)was treated with losartan potassium,while the treatment group(n = 36)was given losartan potassium.Continuous medication for 4 weeks of treatment for 1 week visit 1 times,the observation time for 1 courses of treatment,follow-up of 1 months,observed and collected before and after treatment in each patient with the clinical symptoms,blood pressure,blood pressure,24 h random dynamic changes of blood uric acid,Then the SPSS19.0 software was used to record the score data of all the research objects into the database,and the clinical efficacy of the method of turbid and dredging collaterals was evaluated by statistical methods.Result: Two groups of patients before treatment,age,gender,disease severity,P>0.05,no significant difference between groups,no statistically significant,comparable in two groups before treatment;random blood pressure and 24 h ambulatory blood pressure,blood uric acid,TCM syndrome score,P>0.05,no significant difference between groups,with no statistical significance the comparability of the two groups after treatment;random blood pressure and ambulatory blood pressure,serum uric acid 24 h clinical curative effect comparison,p<0.05,illustrate the comparison between groups was statistically significant,the treatment group in improving blood pressure and blood uric acid levels than the control group;after treatment,two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect score p<0.05,there were significant differences,indicating that the treatment group in improving symptoms significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: With eliminating turbid and dredging collaterals decoction in treatment of young patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia(phlegm stasis syndrome),can significantly reduce the curative effect of TCM syndrome score,blood pressure and blood uric acid,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the clinical research significance.
