| Objective:To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Banxiahewei granula (BXHWgranula) on the treatment of peptic uIcer(PU) patient and research the mechanism of action forthe guidance of clinical therapy.Methods:The qualified patient are divided into therapeutic team and contrast team. They are given thedrugs on time order .BXHW granula and Weinai'an capsule are used as therapeutic drugs andcontrast drugs and are given at the principle of random and double-blind. Therapeutic teamtake drug 1 pack every time, three times per day. Contrast team took Weinai'an capsule, 4grain every time ,three times per day. The course of treatment of each group are six weeks.According to observed indexes, evaluate therapeutic effect.1.The observed indexes of therapeutic effect:(l).Accumulated scores on symptom;(2).Gastroscope inspection;(3).Hp test;(4).Hepatic function.2.Indexes of Security: Hepatic function(ALT), renal function(BUN, Cr) and ECG Accordingto therapeutic effect and observation of safety, evaluate the validity and the safety of BXHWgranula. The data will be handled by statistics software. It will be considered having statisticmeanings when p < 0.05.Results:1. Evaluation of therapeutic effect: total effective rate of therapeutic team is 98.4 %. Total effective rate of contrast team is 100%. Calcuated by statistics analysis, the difference between two team is not significant. (P>0.05)2. Evaluation of gastroscope inspection: Total effective rate of therapeutic team is 93.6 %. Total effective rate of contrast team is 90.5 %. Calcuated by statistics analysis, the difference between two team is not significant. (P>0.05)3. The difference on survey index between prior treatment and post-treatment of each team is significant. (P<0.05) BXHW granula has significant effect on peptic ulcer therapy and there are no significant difference(p>0.05) between two teams on the aspects of total accumulated scores on symptom of prior and post-treatment, improving, gastroscope inspection. |
