Objective: Through II period of clinical research, this subject initially evaluates the effectivity and safety of Gross Saponin of Tribulus Terrestris injection in treating angina of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris(heart blood stagnation syndrome). Methods: With the method of randomizion, imitate-blind and simulation, masculine medicine parallel contrast and multicentre clinical trial, selecting 240 cases of angina of coronary heart disease angina pectoris in western medicine while syndrome of collaterals stagnation of phlegm and stasis in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and grouping cases randomly into A(treat group) and B(control group) with 1:1 case proportion. In treat group Gross Saponin of Tribulus Terrestris injection ivgtt, 100mg each time, 1 times a day. While control group salvianolate injection ivgtt. 20ml each time, 1 times a day. Course of treatment is 14 days.Results:①Evaluation of angina pectoris curative effect: The recovery rate of A(treat group) shows the excellence as 35.59%; Total efficient rate is 86.44%, that of B(control group) shows the excellence as 17.09%; Total efficient rate 76.92%, the two relatively show the covariance of significant variance.(P=0.0014)②Evaluation of ECG curative effect: PP set: The recovery rate of A(treat group) shows the excellence as 32.41%; that of B(control group) shows the excellence as 21.78%; Comparing on the index sign in two arrays has no statistical significance.(P>0.05).③Evaluation of disease curative effect: PP set: The recovery rate of A(treat group) shows the recovery excellence as 22.22%; Total efficient rate is 66.66%, that of B(control group) shows the recovery excellence as 7.92%; Total efficient rate 48.51%, the two relatively show the statistical significant.(P=0.0033).④Evaluation of TCM syndrome curative effect: PP set: The recovery rate of A(treat group) shows the recovery excellence as 30.51%; Total efficient rate is 94.08%, that of B(control group) shows the recovery excellence as 17.95%; Total efficient rate 81.20%, the two relatively show the statistical significance.(P=0.0259).⑤Evaluation of decreasing rate of nitroglycerine effect: PP set:The recovery rate of A(treat group) shows as 90.48%; that of B(control group) shows as 85.25%;there is no significant difference between treat group and control group(P>0.05).
