The preliminary research of indentifying motor and sensory fiber by near-infrared spectroscopy and cluster analysis Department of Orthopedics, the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical UniversityObjective: To provide a rapid method for identifying motor and sensory fiber. Methods: After the Beagles were anesthetized and killed, Canalis vertebralis were opened to obteain the nerve roots from T12 S2 and then those nerve roots were kept in the liquid nitrogen. When to use, The nerve roots deforst under the room temperature. After that it were kept in moist case to prevent the specimen drying and dehydrating. Some nerve roots were taken to sample using the model of diffuse transmission to observe the influencing factor and determined the experimental parameter. Some part of 6 anterior nerve roots and 6 posterior nerve roots (24 nerve roots in total) of two Beagles, Using diffuse transmission of NIRS for rapid collection of numerical data about the nerve roots, then cluster analysis of the pattern recognition was adopted. The other part of the same nerve roots were to make slice and stained with Karnovsky-Roots Enzyme-Staining Techniques and Fuminori Enzyme-Staining...
