Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine On The Protective Effect Of Hypoxic Vascular Endothelial Cell Apoptosis

Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese herb on hypoxia vascular endothelia cell.Methods: Culture the vascular endothelia cell in the hypoxia condition. Establish hypoxia model in ECV-304. Detect the growth curve of ECV-304 in different concentration of serum and different dosage of traditional Chinese herb with MTT method. Detect the percentage of apoptosis of ECV-304 in the different period of being in hypoxia condition with Annexin V and flow cytometer anatomy methods. Detect the percentage of apoptosis of hypoxia vascular endothelia cell in effective serum of traditional Chinese herb with PI and flow cytometer anatomy methods.Result: Low concentration of traditional Chinese herb promote the growth of vascular endothelia cell. Hypoxia can increase the percentage of apoptosis of vascular endothelia cell (P<0.05). Low concentration of serum of traditional Chinese herb can highly reduce the percentage of apoptosis of hypoxia vascular endothelia cell. (P<0.05)Conclusion: Hypoxia can initiate apoptosis in vascular endothelia cell. (P<0.05) Contrast the result of using Chinese herb and Western medicine (ATP), the percentage of apoptosis of the two teams are both reduced. But there is statistic signification between the difference (P<0.05). The traditional Chinese herb can protect the hypoxia vascular endothelia cell.
