Lung Cancer Patients Pulse Parameters Change With Tcm

Objective: probe in the relevance between the syndrome classification in TCM and pulse picture parameter by observing Lung cancer patient the character of pulse manifestion of the left Guan pulse and right Cun and the change of pulse picture parameters in commom Chinese medicine syndrome, expect to lead the the pulse picture parameter into Chinese differentiation and make an effort for Objective, standard Chinese medicine differentiation, of lung cancer .Method: 160 lung cancer patients are divided into 4 common pattern in according to 《guiding principles for clinical study of new Chinese medicine 》 :1st phlegm due to Qi defficency , 2nd , hot toxin due to Yin defficency ,3rd Qi ang Yin defficency ,4th , Qi stagnation and Blood stasis., we adopt intellectual pulse Instrument of ZM-III type to determine Zuo Guan , right cun pulse of these lung cancer patiens in the four groups and Contrast with 30 normal person to analyze the parameter change and the characteristic of pulse picture in every groups. result: 1. the Left Guan pulse of patient of lung cancer is mainly shown as wiry pulse , rapid pulse, the right Cun pulse of patient of lung cancer is mainly shown as float wiry pulse, floating rapid pulse ;mainly slippery pulse of left Guan in group 1, mainly floating slippery pulse of right Cun , mainly rapid pulse of Left Guan in group2, mainly floating rapid pulse of right Cun . mainly wiry , def icent pulse of right Cun, mainly wiry pulse of left Guan in group4, mainly floating wiry pulse;we find there is obvious difference between the patients and the normal groups in characteristic of the pulse manifestion of the left Guan pulse and right Cun .
