Objective: To explore the different influence and mechanism of Neyikangfu suppository (NYKFS) in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of endometriosis model rats by treatment of rectal administration.Methods: Healthy and sexual matured female SD rats were taken as the researching objects and EMT model were achieved by autologous operation transplantation. Six groups were randomly formed and which were high-dose and middle-dose groups of NYKFS, Danazol capsule group and Danefukangjiangao (DEFKJG) group, model group and normal control group. Morphologic changes in ectopic and eutopic endometrium were observed. Expressions of Estrogen Receptors, Progesterone Receptors, bcl-2, bax, cytC and Survivin were measured in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of model rats and endometrium of normal group by immunochemical SP staining method.Results: (1) High-dose and middle-dose groups of NYKFS,Danazol capsule group and DEFKJG group could obviously lower the expression of ER, PR(P<0.01 or P<0.05)in ectopic endometrium of EMT model rats . High-dose and middle-dose groups of NYKFS could obviously lower the expression of ER than DEFKJG group among therapy groups(P<0.05). High-dose and middle-dose groups of NYKFS and DEFKJG group could increase the expression of ER and PR in eutopic endometrium to certain extent with P>0.05. (2) Middle-dose group of NYKFS could obviously increase the expression of bax in ectopic endometrium(P<0.05).High-dose and middle-dose groups of NYKFS could obviously lower the ratio of bcl-2/bax(P<0.01)and the expression of Survivin(P<0.05)f while obviously increase the expression of cytC(P<0.01)in ectopic endometrium. High-dose and middle-dose groups could obviously lower the ratio of bcl-2/bax(P<0.01)and increase the expression of cytC(P<0.05)than DEFKJG group among therapy groups. Compared with model group, high-dose and middle-dose groups of NYKFS could obviously increase the expression of cytC in eutopic endometrium(P<0.05).
