Whooping Granules Anti-asthma Relapse Of Clinical Research

Drawing upon the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical practice, this thesis has reviewed the curative effect and effect mechanism of XiaoNing Granule in treating bronchial asthma remission stage both in theory and clinic. At the base of summarizing and criticizing ancient literature and modern clinicians'research, this paper sums up the etiology and pathogenesis of bronchial asthma remission stageI and introduces that deficiency of both lung and kidney and internal retention of phlegm and water-pathogen are the main pathegenesis. It also presents that invigorating lung and kidney and eliminating phlegm and water-pathogen are the primary treatment. In clinical trial, we used XiaoNing Granule that has the effect of invigorating lung and kidney and eliminating phlegm and water-pathogen to treat 40 case of remission stage in bronchial asthma patttients, compared to the gubenkechuan tablets that invigorate lung and kidney . The results indicated that the treatment group could improve the clinical symptoms,signs,and pulmonary functions of patients more significantly, enhance immune functions and reduce airway inflammation more obviously. Thereby, it proves it's rational to take invigorating lung and kidney and eliminating phlegm and water-pathogen as the chief therapy in bronchial asthma remission stage.
