| ObjectiveTo observe the influence on the clinical symptoms,the main symptoms and physical sign of TCM,the scores of nervous function and the blood hemorheology of the injection and the blood for Safflor yellow to the acute stage of ischemic apoplexy.To observe the curative effective and the badness the side-effective.It provides scientific basis for clinic.Method1.Clinical Materials:All the patients come from Hubei Hospital of TCM,from March,2007 to October,2008,to averagely randomize sixty patients to treatment group and comparison,treatment group have thirty and comparison group have thirty,too.For two groups in age,sex at random,course of disease,and infarct position, there is no significant differences(P＞0.05).2.Healing Solution2.1 Internal Medicine:Keep respiratory function,prevent infect, prevent pulmonary embolism,prevent vein cerebral thrombus of lower limb;adjust by blood pressure,control blood sugar;control high pressure and brain hydroncus in the cranium;control the temperature of the patient with fever;keep electrolyte and sour alkali balance and deal with the complication etc2.2 Foundation Treatment:the treat group and the contrast group use Troxerutin injection as foundation treatment.Troxerutin injection 200mg put 0.9%sodium chloride injection or 5%glucose injection 250ml,iv drop once a day.Besides in the treat group put Safflor yellow injection 160mg into 0.9%sodium chloride injection or 5%glucose injection 250ml,iv drop once a day,in the contrast group put Safflor yellow injection 0mg into 0.9%sodium chloride injection or 5%glucose injection 250ml,iv drop once a day.2.3 The Order of Medication:All experimenters enter group by order, Troxerutin injection is the former,next is Safflor yellow injection.2.4 Courses of Treatment:14 days.2.5 In the period,others that will have an effect in the result are forbidden,including drugs,fat food,smoking and drinking.3.The curative effective and the badness and the side-effect:For all the patients clinical symptoms are observed,we take scores on nervous function and clinical symptoms and physical sign,blood route,urine route,stool rheology are observed before and after the treatment.4.The stat.Method:the count materials are examined x~2,the measuring materials are examined with t-test and the grade materials with Ridit.Result1.Two groups of clinical curative effect are compared:the treatment group' s total effective rate 97.00%,with statistics analysis is better than that of the contrast group,80.00%.The cure rate,the significant efficient rate have distinctive differences (P＜0.05).2.The scores of clinical symptoms and physical sign of TCM:the score of treatment groups is 22.44±3.46 before the treatment and 10.58±2.34 after the treatment,the score of control treatment is 22.13±3.17,and 13.74±2.12 after treatment.For the treated group, the score after the treatment is better than that before the treatment.3.The scores of nervous function:the score of the treatment group is 14.73±2.14 before the treatment,7.56±2.21 after the treatment;the score of the control group is 15.01±2.35 before the treatment,10.31±2.34 after the treatment.For the treated group,the score after the treatment is better than that before the treatment4.Blood rheology has progress for two groups,particularly the treated group improve obviously(P＜0.05).5.The badness and side-effect:There are no side-effect in both groups.ConclusionSafflor yellow injection is better than Troxerutin injection in the therapy of acute ischemic apoplexy,which can affect blood rheology,which can affect the cerebral blood circulation,so Safflor yellow injection has a good foreground for clinic.
