The Shuluo Tablets In The Treatment Of Stroke Recovery Network Hot Blood Stasis Syndrome (cerebral Infarction), Clinical Observations,

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effective of Shuluopian tablet to the convalescence stage of ischemic apoplexy (cerebral infarction),and compare with Naoxueshuan tablet. MethodsTo averagely randomize forty-eight patients to treatment group and comparison group,treatment group have twenty-four and comparison group have twenty-four. The patients in treatment group take orally Shuluopian tablet 2 each time, tid and comparison group xuesaitong capsules 6 each time, tid.one period of treatment is four weeks.For all the patients clinical symptoms were observed before taking medicine ,the 8th day,the 15th day ,the 22th day ,the 29th day ,and we took scores on nervous function and clinical symptoms and physical sign ,blood route ,urine route ,stool route ,liver kidney function,electrocardiogram,blood coagulation,blood rheology , the blood liquid were observed before and after the treatment .After four weeks ,we analyzed the data ,the count materials were examined with x~2,the measuring materials were examined with t -test and the grade materials with Ridit. Result1.Clinical symptoms: The treated group's total effective rate 91.30%,with stat.Analyse is better than that of the controlled group .2.The therapeutic efficiency of clinical symptoms and physical sign:The treated group ,total effective rate 95.65% with stat.analysise ,is better than that of the controlled group.3.The badness and side-effect:There are no side-effects in both groups. ConclusionShuluopian tablet is better than naoxueshuan tablet in the therapy of the convalescence stage of ischemic apoplexy .
