Blood L White Capsule On Bone Marrow Protection Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer And Immune Regulatory Role

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Buxueshengbai capsule on lessening myelosupperssion and enhancing immunity in chemotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:1 62 patients of NSCLC were randomized into two groups:1.1The obervational group:32 patients,male 22, female 10;42-72 years old, average is 56 years old; the case of squamous carcinoma is 10, glandular carcinoma is 22; stage Ⅲa is 12, stage Ⅲb is 10, stage Ⅳ is 10.1. 2The control group: 30 patients,male 19, female 11; 46-74 years old,average is 57 years old; the case of squamous carcinoma is 9, glandular carcinoma is 21; stage Ⅲa is 11, stage Ⅲb is 9, stage Ⅳ is 10.The obervational group of 32 patients were treated with a combination of Buxueshengbai Capsule and NP/GP/TP chemotherapy, the control group comprised 30 patients were treated with NP/GP/TP chemotherapy only.The chemotherapy cycle of both are 3 weeks.2 Observation index:white blood cell (WBC), hemoglobin (HB), blood plates (PLT), CD₄⁺, CD₈^-, CD₄^-/CD₈⁺ , NK, liver function, renal function, body weight, physical capcity,as well as drug dose of rhG-CSF(recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor).3 Compare the completion rate of chemiotherapy about two groups.4 Compare the results of WBC, HB, PLT before and after chemotherapy in the observational group with the control group.5 Compare the level of myelosupperssion in the observational group with the control group.6 Compare the dose of rhG-CSF in the observational group with the control group.7 Compare the activity of CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, NK before and after chemotherapy in the observational group with the control group.8 Compare the changes of body weight, physical capcity between the two groups.9 Compare the changes of liver function, renal function, ECG in the observational group with the control group before and after iatreusis.
