英文摘要Objective To investigate the status and the relevant influence factors of neuropsycological development of children of 3-5 years old in Xiaodian region of Taiyuan city, 550 children are selected from five different Grades and kinds of kindergartens during the last two months of 2005 for the neuropsycological tests and the research about the influence factors was carried out with the assistance of their parents. Methods Five items are involved in our studies: 1. Sampling: 550 children of 3-5y in Xiaodian region of Taiyuan city was sampled by means of stratified cluster sampling including fives age groups with 0.5 years old as the age interval and 110 children in each group. The sample size are calculated as follows: significance levelα=0.05, allowance error d=5, standard error is 15, the formula n=(((ts)/d)~2, the efficiency of stratified cluster sampling is 3, the least analysis unit is 108. 2. Design the questionnaire about the relevant influence factors of neuropsycological development of children of 3-5 years old in Xiaodian region of Taiyuan city. 3. Test the neuropsycological development: the quantified table of 0-6 years old neuropsycological development complied by the capital children institute was used. 4. Research the influence factors: the mother or the father of the children are asked to fill in the questionnaires. 5. Statistical analysis: the development quotient was calculated with the test software compiled by the capital children institute, the database was established with Excel and the data were analyzed with SPSS:(1) comparing the development quotient difference of children in different kinds of kindergartens(non-parameter test); comparing the development quotient difference of difference grades of kindergartens (t-test)) (2) comparing the development quotient difference of children with different ability in the same age group (descriptive analysis) (analysis of variance); (3) comparing intelligence quotient the difference of children with the same ability in the different age (descriptive analysis); comparing the development quotient (analysis of variance); (4)analyzing the relevant factors influencing the children's development: one factor analysis such as the analysis of variance and t-test; multi factors analysis such as multi variances liner regress. Results 1. The status of development quotient for 550 children conformed to the normal distribution The overall average intelligence quotient of children is above 10% than standard IQ. 2. The development quotient among five kindergartens is different with the significance of 0.000...
