| Objective To investigate the status and the relevant influence factors ofneuropsycological development of children of 3 years old in Beijing, 429 children are selected from Beijing Mary's hosipital the last one year for the neuropsycological and the research about the influence factors was carried out with the assistance of their parents.Methods In our studies: 1. Design the questionnaire about the relevant influencefactors of Integrated Early Child Development of children of 3 years old, Research the influence factors: the mother or the father of the children are asked to fill in the questionnaires.2. Test the neuropsycological development: the quantified table of 0-6 years old neuropsycological development complied by the capital children institute was used. 3. Microelement test :Test microelement by peripheral blood of fingeritip, apply BH5100 type Atomic Absorption Spectrometer of Beijing bohui . 4. Statistical analysis: the development quotient was calculated with the test software compiled by the capital children institute, the database was established with SPSS and the data were analyzed with SPSS: analyzing the relevant factors influencing the children's development: one factor analysis such as the analysis of variance and t-test; multi factors analysis such as multi variances liner regress.Results . The status of development quotient for 429 children conformed to the normaldistribution . By one factor analysis :the development quotient of children isn't relevant with such factors as the sex,the patterns of giving birth,the mother's age of giving birth, the complication of pregnancy,the nutrition of pregnancy, Cu,Zn,Fe and Mg the development quotient of children is relevant with such factors as the psychology of pregnancy, guardians, the attitude upbringing of children , the education level of his (her) father, accepting health education or not, birth weight, prenatal training, feeding patterns,Ca and Pb. The development quotient of children depends on such fators as heredity education,environment.In gerneral, The development quotient of children is always effected by such fators as heredity, temperament,maturity,family and society.it isn't only effected by one factor. The good psychology of pregnancy ,prenatal training and breast feeding are the foundation of phyical and mental health for the development quotient of children. with the age from 3 years old of , 0-3 years old is critical for the development of children. Parents with higher cultural levels attach great importance to early education,they are willing to spend much time to learning knowledge about early education and bring up their chidren on their own. They always provide a good environment for their children in order to development of children ,To enhance the DQ of children and social life abilities the parents should increase the educational levels and take more time in accompanying the children with learning. |
