| High performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE), founded in the 1980's, is a kind of high performance separation technique, which is considered to be one of the most influencing branch in the fields of separation and analysis. Because the mobile phase is electrically driven, there isn't the phenomenon of band broadening in HPCE as in HPLC, and the resolution is higher. At the same time, a great many options make it have better separation efficiency. In addition, many merits such as low-consumption, rapidness. simpleness, capability of anti-interference and anti-pollution are beyond comparison by HPLC. Owing to this, it has been widely used in the fields such as life sciences, biotechnology, drugs analysis, etc. The following reports were presented mainly for the application study of different modes of CE on the pharmaceutical analysis including two parts.Part 1. Two methods of CZE and NACE were developed for the separation of strychnine and brucine. The separation of the two alkaloids was optimized with respect to the concentration of buffer. pH. applied voltage, etc. With the optimum conditions, the developed methods were applied for the analysis of herb samples.Part 2. A method of MECC was established for the separation of imperatorin and isoimperatorin. Baseline separation was obtained for the two analytes with the optimum conditions which contained the concentration of buffer, SDS and acetonitrile, pH, applied voltage, etc. The method was used to analyze Angelica dahurica and capsule of Toufengtong. |
