Migaoxinle Dripping Pills To Protect Myocardial Ischemia (chill Stagnate Type) Mechanism Of Action

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Migao Xinle dropping pill for the rat of myocardial ischemia of stagnation of yin-cold.Methods: Making the rat model of myocardial ischemia of stagnation of yin-cold with cold accumulating and injecting the isoproterenol. The 63 Wistar rats were divided into 7 groups at random,i.e. normal group, model group, the big quantity group of Migao Xinle dropping pill, the middle quantity group of Migao Xinle dropping pill, the little quantity group of Migao Xinle dropping pilK isosorbide dinitrate group, Composite salviae dropping pill group.Each group was 7. The therapeutic effects of Migao Xinle dropping pill on the rat model of myocardial ischemia of stagnation of yin-cold were observed with hemorrheology,ET,CGRP,CTnT and the change of pathological histology of myocardial.Results: ①Migao Xinle dropping pill decreased the level of blood plasm ET of he rat model of myocardial ischemia of stagnation of yin-cold; ②Migao Xinle dropping pill increased the lever of blood plasm CGRP of he rat model of myocardial ischemia of stagnation of yin-cold;③Migao Xinle dropping pill decreased the level of PV, RF, HT. ④The number of myocardium cellar apoptosis of Migao Xinle dropping pill group were obviously less,and the changs of myocardial tissue were observed in Migao Xinle dropping pill group.⑤Migao Xinle dropping pill improved the expression of CTnT of rats ,and had protective effects against myocardial ischemia injury.Conclusions: Migao Xinle dropping pill obviously protected the myocardial against the ischemia.It is the mechanisms that Migao Xinle dropping pill decreased the level of PV, RF, HT, improved hemorrheology and the expression of CTnT, decreased the level of blood plasm ET, increased the lever of blood plasm CGRP.
