Objective: to evaluate the effect of ocular acupuncture which cured cerebral infarction; to explore the mechanism which ocular acupuncture cured cerebral infarction.Methods: to employ SPECT to see the changes of region-cerebral blood flows before and after ocular acupuncture.Results: ocular acupuncture could not only add the marks of the Chinese medical symptom with patients, including 6 cases who increased from 12 to 16 marks and with 3 cases adding up 8—11 marks and with 1 adding up 18 marks; but also could take remarkable difference before and after it in ROI.. All these improved ocular acupuncture could increase region-cerebral blood flows of the sufferers with cerebral infarction.Conclusion :ocular acupuncture ocular acupuncture could improve clinical symptom of the patients suffering from cerebral infarction ; the mechanism is that ocular acupuncture could increase region-cerebral blood flows.
