Quality Control, Hold The Stems Of Of Lactuca Herbs And Their Preparations

This research is "Studies on quality control of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance and its pharmaceutical preparation" .During the process of the experiment,we studied the extraction,refine, freeze technology and quality standard of freeze-dry injection of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance according to the requirement of the task.We also preliminarily explored the chemical composition and fingerprints of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.) Hance by the method of high-performance liquid chromatography.In the course of technology study,we compared the method of macroreticular resins and the method of CaCO₃, and finally determine the best extraction technology of Kudiezi freeze-dry powder injection,and we also fumble the technologic condition and parameter of freeze-dry powder injection.Establishing the quality standard of freeze-dry powder injection by HPLC and spectrophotometry,including property,identification,content determination and so on.The accuracy,repeatability,stability and recovery of determining method all accord with the relevant regulations.Determing the content of adenosine,luteolin,total flavone of different source of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance by HPLC and spectrophotometry.Separately establishing the fingerprinting of lipophilic and hydrophilic part and consummating the method of quality control of drugs.Handling the fingerprinting of Kudiezi by Clustering Analysis.By handling the data of sample,study the analysis method,explore the Clustering Analysis evaluating method of Kudiezi.
