Zuojinwan The Treatment Of Esophageal / Gastric Cardia Postoperative Reflux Esophagitis Disease In Clinical Studies

Objective: The paper observe the effect of zuojin pill for the gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) after resection of esophageal carcinoma or cardiac carcinoma.Method: Patient with postoperative GERD after resection of esophageal carcinoma or cardiac carcinoma were treated by single traditional Chinese medicine (zuojin pill, n =10)or single western medicine (Metoclopramide, n=9) respectively in random process.Result: Zuojin pill have good effect on GERD after resection of esophageal carcinoma or cardiac carcinoma, the effective rate of symptom was 100% and there was no obvious difference between two groups.Conclusion: Zuojin pill has good and sure effect for GERD after resection of esophageal carcinoma or cardiac carcinoma.
