Clinical Observation On Flavored Zuojin Pill With Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Of Liver-stomach Heat Accumulation

Objective:To observe clinical effect of flavored Zuojin pill treating refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach heat accumulation.Discusses the clinical application value of flavored Zuojin pill for refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach heat accumulation.Methods:60 patients with refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease which were diagnoses liver-stomach heat accumulation,were divided into groups by random:treatment group(30 patients)and the control(30 patients).Treatment group be flavored Zuojin pill treatment,control group will be.taken esomeprazole.Both the two groups were treated by 8 weeks.The two groups respectively before and after treatment to fill in "Reflux Disease Questionnaire(RDQ)","syndromes standard of Traditional Chinese medicine." and "self-evaluation of anxiety scale(S AS)and self-evaluation of depression scale(SDS)",observe and record the change of the two groups in the form of before and after the treatment,.And then take the data summary using SPSS22.0,curative effect evaluation and the analysis of the results.Results:Before the treatment,there is no statistical significance in sexuality,age,gastroscope performance,symptoms integral,mental condition between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,in RDQ integral,the treatment group and the control group have statistically significant differences with before(P<0.01).And the curative effect of treatment group was equal to control group(P>0.05).In gastral cavity burning pain and belching integral,the two groups have significant differences with before(P<0.05).And the treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05).In noisy and easy hungry integral,the treatment group has statistically significant differences with before(P<0.01),and the control group has significant differences with before(P<0.05).The treatment group are better than that in control group(P<0.05).In abdominal distention,emotional poor,mouth dry and bitter,constipation integral,the treatment group has statistically significant differences with before(P<0.01),and the control group has no statistical significant differences(P>0.05).The treatment group is significantly better than that in control group(P<0.01).In SAS and SDS integral,the treatment group has statistically significant differences with before(P<0.01),and the control group has no statistical significant differences(P>0.05).The treatment group is significantly better than control group in SAS integral(P<0.01),and better in SDS integral(P<0.05).The RDQ integral in treatment group the total effective rate was 93.3%,better than the control group total effective rate was 73.3%(P<0.05).The secondary symptoms of TCM in treatment group the total effective rate was 80%,higher than the control group total effective rate was 46.7%(P<0.01).Conclusion:The method of flavored left Zuojin pill has a significantly clinical curative effect in refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach heat accumulation.This can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the patient's anxiety depression.At the same time,the security of the treatment group was also greater.So it has good clinical application value.
