Double standed oligouncleotides was a kind of bio-macromolecules. The mechanism is that double standed oligouncleotides can regulate immunity of the human body, irritate RNA enzyme and decompose the virus. Compare with the chemical medicine, it has more efficient on virus and malignant tumor, such as influenza, hepatitis, AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Symptoms) and virus myocarditis. polyI:C12U is one of the best one of this kinds synthetic medicine. High performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) was used in bio-macromolecules analysis depending on its obvious advantages: high resolution, rapidly, low detection, small sample size, low solvent consumption and so on. A rapid and accurate method was developed to determine the concentration of polyI:C12U in animal serum, and some useful information for the application of polyI:C12U in clinical research was provided.This paper included six parts:Chapter one both introduced character and summarized the recent advance of polyI:C12U.In chapter two, the principle of polyI:C12U analysis by HPCE was given, the method of sample preparation and the conditions of HPCE were studied.In chapter three, the determination method of polyI:C12U by HPCE was established and evulated.In chapter four, this mothed was used to determined polyI:C12U in beagle metabolism.In chapter five, this mothed was used to determined polyI:C12U in long-term toxicity beagle metabolism.Chapter six summarized the research work of this thesis and conceived the next objective of the study.
