The protein exists in all organism, from the higher zoology and botany to the low status microorganism, from the humanity to the simple virus, all includes the protein. The protein holds the special status in organism. It is the important component of all organism, and is the material base of organism shape structure and the vital activity. The amino acid is the basic structure unit of the protein, which has the close relationship with the biological vital activity. It has the special physiological function in the immune body,and is one of essential nutrition ingredients in organism. Adrenaline is an important neurotransmitter of mammals and human beings, which controls both the nervous system to carry out a series of biological reactions and nerve chemical processes. Adrenaline is also a kind of biological molecules. To study the interaction between amino acid and adrenaline can propel the development of biology, pharmaceutical chemistry and physical chemistry, etc. In the present thesis, the interaction of hydrogen bond between adrenaline and amino acid has been investigated by means of electrochemistry and quantum chemistry.The serine easily combines with the amino, the phenol hydroxyl, or the aromatic ring of the ligand or the medicine by different form unifies ,such as the ionic bond, the hydrogen bond and the hydrophobic bond. In this paper we choose serine to carry out the experiments. Cyclic voltammetry was performed to study the effect of serine on the cyclic voltammetric properties of adrenaline in different mediums,such as sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid,phosphoric acid,B.R.and KRPB . The results indicate that serine have stabilization on adrenaline, so that the ability of oxidation of adrenaline decreases, which alters the cyclic voltammetric properties of adrenaline. Moreover the experiments discovers the interaction between amino acid and adrenaline is effectted by the solution composition and the pH value, and electrodematerial different, a circulation volt-ampere response is different. The results indicate that when cyclic voltammetry is performed to measure the interaction between amino acid and adrenaline ,it's better to select lower B.R of pH.and the platinum electrode .The quantum studies are carried out in this thesis. The geometries of adrenaline and the stable complexes are respectively optimized to obtain structural parameters and binding energies. The calculation results can be better used to explain some experimental phenomena. From comparing the structural parameters,the conclusion of hydrogen bonding complexes existing between serine and adrenaline is futther to be proveded.
