The Ranae Hplc Fingerprint Of The Authenticity Of The Identification Of The Application

"The study of identification about HPLC fingerprint between Oviductus Ranae and the spurious breed" was a part of method in quality control, it was also a complement of the available method. In order to control the quality efficiently, we constituted the common mode of Oviductus Ranae's HPLC finger print. So we collected Oviductus Ranae samples from 18 batches in Jilin province and other provinces. There were 15 batches of Oviductus Ranae and 3 batches of frog oviduct and toad oviduct.We extracted Oviductus Ranae samples with a serial of dissolvent ,95% alcohol was the extracted solvent for Oviductus Ranae HPLC Fingerprint diagram .We groped a lot of chromatographic conditions for the HPLC, and the liquid condition was as follows: tempreture:20℃,λ:209nm, injection:lSμl, collumn: Kromasil C₁₈ (5μ100A TiANHE(?) TH 1025 250mm×4.6mm S/N:06L25514) , solvent of gradient elution: acetonitrile and 0.5%H₃PO₄ .The gradient elution is nonlinearity and stepwise.The data from HPLC were analyzed by the software of "Computer aided Similarity Evaluation". There were 11 samples whose similarity degrees were between 0.973～0.865 and 7 samples between 0.559～0.801.The 11 samples were confirmed to establish the mutual model.The limit of similarity degree for Oviductus Ranae was set at 0.85.If the similaritydegree was greater than 0.85,it was a qualified drug,otherwise it was unqualified.The methodas reasonable, intuitionistic and operable .It was proved that the method which wasonvenient, rapid and reduplicate could be used to identify different samples of Oviductus Ranae. We would establish a sensitive and specific HPLC method for the quantity control of Oviductus Ranae.
