| This paper made Chinese medicine Psoralea coryfolia L. as its study object, Using silica gel column chromatography, got the separation of Psoralen's main chemical components: Psoralen and isopsoralen, and using spectrum analysis identificated thed stucture of the two compounds.Screened the exstract process of Chinese medicine Psoralea coryfolia L., and use Uniform Design made an Optimization of its exstract process, got the best exstract process.Use TLC-S and HPLC chromatography respectively determinated Psoralen and isopsoralen content of different sources Psoralen herbs and sunburn goods salt, and its comparison improved the method for the determination of Chinese medicine Psoralea coryfolia L..Established the HPLC map for Psoralen herbs and Sunburn goods salt, and made a comparative study of the both, improve the quality of the medicines control.Using cluster analysis, made an analytical processing of the HPLC map for Psoralen herbs and Sunburn goods salt, based on the sample data processing and the research of the of analysis methods, explored the evaluation methods of Psoralea coryfolia L. clustering analysis.In addition, made a Pharmacodynamic Study for different sources Psoralen herbs and sunburn goods salt, proved that Psoralea coryfolia L. has a use of enhance immunity, and the effectiveness of pharmacodynamics. |
