Objective To explore the relationship between T-lymphocyte subsets and pathogenesis of RAU, establishing the rat's recurrent oral ulceration model and to investigate the effect of Nano-Lonicera on peripheraic blood T-lymphocyte subsets in RAU rats.Methods RAU model was established by injecting the back of rats with galacta of rat's oral mucosa,0.2ml per week, treated for 6 weeks. The ulcerative rats divided into four groups:negative group:normal life condition,nano-lonicera group and lonicera group:intragastric administration,1.8g/kg each day, Levamisole group: intragastric administration, 0.02g/kg each day.Rats were treated for 20 days.Drawing blood from the eyes of rats while the model was established and after administration. CD4+,CD8+ T-lymphocyte cell was stained with CD4+,CD8+ Immunohistochemistry of Kits and couted cells.Results①The experimental rats had ulerations afer 6 days later of the last injection. CD4+,CD8+ T-lymphocyte in RAU rats was depessed.②A significant diference between positive and negative in the number of ulcerations(p<0.05),but no diference among positive.③Compared with negative, CD4+ T-lymphocyte and CD4+/CD8+ in positive wwere improved(P<0.05).There was no diference between Levamisole and nano-lonicera,but a notable diference between nano-lonicera and lonicera(P<0.05).Conclusion The imbalance of T-lymphocyte subsets in RAU contributes to RAU incidence. Nano-lonicera had the immune regulation on RAU rats.The efficacy of nano-lonicera as better than lonicera and the same as Levamisole.
