Injection Hydroxyl Yellow A Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction A Clinical Study Of 90 Cases

Objective:To observe the influence on the clinical symptoms,the main symptoms and physical sign of TCM,the scores of nervous function and the blood hemorheology of the QiangjihonghuahuangsesuA Injection to the acute stage of ischemic apoplexy.To observe the curative effective and the badness the side-effective.It provides scientific basis for clinic.Methods:1.90 cases of acute stage of ischemic apoplexy patients coming from outpatient and impatient department were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,45 patients in each group.The treatment group is treated with QiangjihonghuahuangsesuA Injection which is used once a day,14 days as a therapentic courses.The control group is treated with Xueshuantong Injection which is used 400mg once a day ivdrop With 0.9% Nacl 250 ml.2.Blood-routine,urine-routin,stool-routin,lever of function and Kindney function were examined to judge if the QiangjihonghuahuangsesuA Injection had any sid-effects or toxicity.3.Observing the effective rates of the stroke and TCM symptoms,the levels of the wane of the nerves function and the state of exsistence abilities before and after the treatment,making a statistical disposal and coparing the curatine effects.Results:1.The total effective rates of the stoke are 71.1%and 69.1%in treatmen group and control groups.The results shows QiangjihonghuahuangsesuA Injection and Xueshuantong Injection both obviously improve the recovery of patients.2.The total effective rates of the TCM symptoms are 77.8%and 75.6%in treatment group and control group respectively.There is no significiant difference between the two groups.The results shows QiangjihonghuahuangsesuA Injection and Xueshuantong Injection both obviously improve the recovery of patients.3.The rates of the levels of the wane of the nerves function Are 84.4% and 82.2%in treatment group and control group respectively.There is no significiant difference between the two groups.The results shows QiangjihonghuahuangsesuA Injection and Xueshuantong Injection both obviously improve the recovery of patients.4.Blood rheology has progress for two groups,but there is no significiant difference between the two groups.5.The two injections are not poisonous to the body.That is to say they are both safe.Conclusion:The total effective rates of the TCM symptoms,the levels of the wane of the nerves function and the state of exsistence abilities of two groups before and after the treatment is no significant difference.And also shows us that injections are not poisonous to the body.
