At the same time the optimal condensing and moulding conditions were screened.The quality standard was set up, which includes the thin layer chromatography identification of three Chinese herbs in the prescription and the determination of the content of Cinnamaldehyde assayed by HPLC, which accomplished the systematic methodology.Preliminary stability research had kept on 3 months, put the samples under the long experiment at room temperature, the results indicate that Yaotongling suppository was stable and the packing was suitable.All of these studies indicade that the preparation procedure is reasonable and practical, the standard is controllable, the quality of the sample is steady on the whole as well.
