| Naokang capsule is a pure traditional Chinese medicine,which consists of Radix Puerariae,Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and four other herbs and possesses the function of tonifying Liver and Kidney,benefiting essence and marrow and promoting Blood circulation to dredge the collateral.lt is mainly applicable to the Cerebral arteriosclerosis which is pertaining to the category of the damage of Liver and Kidney-Essence and the obstruction of collaterals by Blood stasis of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) .Such as dizziness,headache,spiritlessness,amnesia, depressed or pained sensation in the chest,thirst with dryness in the eye,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,restlessness due to Deficiency type and insufficient sleep etc.With the guidance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy (TCMP) ,according to the standard related to the third category of new Chinese drug hi the "examining and Approving Method of New Medicine",Naokang capsule has been studied on pre-clinical pharmacy by adopting the modern pharmaceutical techniques.On the basis of the function and treatment as well as the properties of the effective component of the drugs,the optium extract conditions about alcohol-extract and water-extract were screened with orthogonal method which use quite a few assessing norms to evaluate them comprehensively.Meanwhile,the extraction of volatile oil and the combination of (3-cyclodextin with it have been completed.The quality standard of the drug for clinical trail was made,and the preliminary stability was fulfilled,which indicates that the preparation technique was reasonable and practical,the standard was controllable,and the quality of the sample was steady on the whole as well. |
