Rhizoma smilaci,popularly known in China,belong to the Liliaceae family Smilax china L.It is commonly used Chinese medicine,which was collected in the "the Chinese pharmacopoeia" in 2005 version,It has various pharmacological effects including relieve sickness wet and disintoxication and so on.In China it has been extensively used for clinical treatment of anti-inflammatory,anticancer and antioxidant activity.On clinic,it used to in the treatment of the various gynecological inflammation diseases very obviouslyThe article carried on the related anti-inflammatory research on the active substances and it's quality evaluation system,lays the foundation take the time as the traditional Chinese medicine preparation's re-development of Rhizoma smilaci.By the methods of sovent extraction,the author got ethyl acetate,n-butanol and tannin sites,and determined the active fractions after pharmacological experimentThe extraction technology was investigated and the reliable parameters were got in this article.The author gived some research to macroporous resin and choose the best one to purificated total saponin in Rhizoma smilaci.Has adopt menstruum to follow sum chromatography having been in progress to Puerariae ration studying,has got 4 monomer components out of,they are Quercetin, quercetin-4'-O-β-D-glucoside,dihydrokaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside,Dioscin.The determination of total saponin Rhizoma smilaci.was tested by colorimetric analysis to control the quality of the medicinal materials better.Pharmacological research showed the mainly active fractions are total flavones and total saponin in Rhizoma smilaci.The fingerprint on total flavones and total saponin in extractive of Rhizoma smilaci,were studied by HPLC,with result that 14 peaks and 17 peaks were common respectively.The method is stable,well repeated and may offer abundant scientific basis of the quality evaluation of extractive of Rhizoma smilaci.Fingerprint is a good technology to elevate the quality of herb medicine.The main active fraction can be extracted by HPLC,Fingerprint was studied, chromatographic parameter were acquired.14 peaks and 17 peaks were assigned common peak in the spectrum.The analysis method has good credibility and stability.The research provided certain science parameter to control the quality of Rhizoma smilaci.
